Jakarta - Mahkamah Konstitusi membatalkan pasal yang melarang publikasi quick count pada hari pencotrengan dan survei pada masa tenang. Dengan begitu dipastikan masyarakat akan mengetahui presiden terpilih lewat quick count yang dilakukan lembaga survei pada pukul 16.00 WIB.

“Presiden dan Wakil Presiden terpilih bisa diketahui pada 8 Juli, pukul 16.00 WIB,” ujar Ketua Umum Asosiasi Riset Opini Publik Indonesia (AROPI) Denny J.A seusai persidangan di MK, Jl Medan Merdeka Barat, Jakarta Pusat, Jumat (3/7/2009).

Jika perolehan suara masing-masing kandidat belum memnuhi persyaratan UU 50+1, kata Denny dari hasil penghitungan cepat ini akan langsung diketahui apakah pilpres berlangsung satu atau dua putaran.

“Masyarakat juga langsung tahu pilpres satu atau dua putaran,” imbuhnya.

Expired domain name is just a common status in the place of domain names.
